This job is in Poland, not in Belgium. You work in our production hall in Częstochowa, where every PVC stretch ceiling is made to measure. On a high-frequency (HF) welder you join PVC membranes into one seamless ceiling and weld the perimeter edge profile that our installers clip into the wall profiles.
What you weld today is tensioned on a client’s ceiling next week — so every seam counts. No HF welding experience? We train you on the machine.
From the roll to the packed ceiling.
Six tasks, from the production order to dispatch to the installation crews.
At the HF welder
- Welding PVC membranes into finished ceilings on the HF welder, according to the production order and dimensions
- Welding the edge profile (harpoon) around the membrane perimeter
- Checking every seam — strength, straight lines, no burns or visible marks
Before and after welding
- Preparing material: unrolling, measuring, marking and cutting membranes
- Folding, labeling and packing finished ceilings for dispatch to installation crews
- Daily care of the welder and workstation, reporting faults straight away
Precise, patient and reliable.
- Precision and patience — you like work where millimeters matter
- Experience with HF or PVC welding, tarpaulins, upholstery or production work is a plus, not a must
- Able to read a production order with dimensions and work to it
- Comfortable standing and sitting at work, and handling material rolls
- Reliable and punctual — production runs on a schedule
